Victor is my nickname, i come from Bakauheni, Lampung Province, Sumatra Island. I study in the university of Torsina, now it’s only the second semester. I hope to graduate with good grades and good character.
I give thanks to God for being able to convey gratitude through this blog. Through this blog, i want to say that God is good. God’s goodness is very real in my life. I also want to live the principle, that in every problem or struggle, i keep saying that God is good.
Many songs say that God is good; “s’bab Tuhan baik, s’bab Tuhan baik, s’bab Tuhan baik bahwasanya untuk selama-lamanya”, , , , , , , , , , , , , , “Allah itu baik, sungguh baik bagiku, ditunjukkanNya kasih setiaNya, Dia menyediakan yang kuperlukan”, , , , , , , “Tuhan Yesus baik, sungguh amat baik, untuk selama-lamanya, Tuhan Yesus baik”, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , and many more. This indicates that not only one or two people said that God is good.
The bible says, Genesis 1:4, 10, 12, 18, 21, 25, 31, “God saw that is was good”. God’s Word says, everything that he created is good. One of God’s creations is human, so we are God’s creation, and God Himself says that His creation is good, but many of us say that God is not good, because of economic problems, relationships that are not romantic, or maybe a position or throne. The word of God says God is good, He is a place of refuge in times of trouble He knows people who take refuge in Him, and God is close to everyone who cries out to Him in faithfulness, He does the will of those who fear Him, listen to their cry for help and save them.
Do you remember the parable of the sparrows? All of your head hairs are counted. Therefore we don’t need to be afraid, because we are more valuable than sparrows. (Luke 12:6,7) If we really come to God, He will love us that others cannot give, and i am sure no one is able to give such love.
